After you walk us through your thinking for an on-site consultation, we’ll do our homework, and share a high-level mood board with you to create an agreed-upon direction for your project. We will also cover everything from general costs, specs and measurements—and the total scope of work. Bonus, we will get you everything within a week of our first meeting.

This is where we really draw it out for you. We create floor plans and incorporate furniture, art, and lighting selections. Based on your thoughts, we will adjust and finalize to help you understand scale, layout, fixture, finishes, and materials. Upon your review, we will finalize the basic design together.

And support you through the construction process. As construction kicks off, we’ll work with contractors to create schedules, identify critical path items, and go on-site to oversee design implementation, answering any questions that may arise.  

 

I get to work on the design. Ideas are converted into high-level mood boards and sketches. Basic site plans are made, Simple elevations are created, new floor plans potentially created, These are sent to the client for review, and the basic design is finalized after approval.

Your visions are becoming realities... we begin construction documentation, where all the final finishes, heights, and details are determined, and then we share with contractors so they can provide pricing and implementation for construction. We then finalize quotes, establish lead times and begin purchasing.
